Our Community
A portion of our proceeds goes to support Charlotte area food-related charities and culinary educational programs, and we provide additional donations and assistance to other local charities throughout the year.
Help us give back to the community by participating in one of our Charlotte food tours or other culinary events.
This local culinary school is a nonprofit organization that provides training and job search assistance in the food service industry for people who have experienced barriers to employment.

Community Culinary School of Charlotte Vision:
CCSC, Inc. is committed to helping adults who struggle with unemployment and underemployment achieve success in their careers and personal lives. As a result, our community's need for trained, dependable employees in the food service/hospitality industry will be addressed.
While empowering these individuals, CCSC will help to end hunger in the Charlotte area by recycling nutritious food whenever available that would otherwise be wasted.
Graduates of the CCSC program will gain better life skills, work skills and dignity as a result of their services to others. CCSC graduates will serve as positive role models for their families and the community due to their heightened appreciation of life-affirming principles and family values.
